This is a tutorial for a abstract background.
The tutorial is for Photoshop.

Additional notes on Tutorial: Where it sais to add colors any color can be used regardless of what the turorial sais. HOWEVER when it sais to use black i would use it that way you could use the screen blending option to make the black transparent if your going to be adding this on top of anything else.
